  Shocking!!!!!! Overpriced and staff have a serious attitude problem. How this is award winning is beyond me. £3.50 for basic chicken nuggets which would cost you less for a bag of 65, £3.5O for a chicken burger that come's with no salad or sauce just a stale roll, disgraceful. We ordered a medium chips and got an extra small not even enough for one person. If your wanting to eat in the restaurant be prepared to pay £12 for a basic fish and chips for one. First time I've been here and the last, such a shame as rye is a beautiful place and deserves to have a decent fish and chips that is fairly priced considering that they have local produce on their door step. I wouldn't even give this 1 star but had to or I would not have been able to write a review, which I felt was well needed to warn other's to keep hold of their money.

  Food was OK, but don't go near the car park behind it. Drove in, couldn't find a spot so left and got hit with with an £80 fine for not getting a ticket. Scam. Absolute cowboys.

  Kettle O Fish is a take away chip shop. My Greek Kitchen is the restaurant next door. Care with car park behind, its their car park, you pay even if you use their other facilities. Always check you food is correct and well cooked before paying. Quoting manager of Kettle O Fish "Fish is a natural product, sometimes your large will come out as small". Always a line of visitors to Rye waiting in there, mostly new to area...
